The next thing you are going to do is to destroy this note once and for all. Rip it in pieces, then throw it in the sea.

The mountains are too steep to bypass Waverock this way. But this won't be necessary either. We have prepared a few vials for you; if anyone wonders, you are an alchemy merchant. If anyone wonders too much, there a few more vials, but you better save them up for better purposes - you may need them once you're on the isle.

You should swim around the Isle of the Mist Tower and go ashore on the eastern side. Drawing the attention of the guards is too much of a risk. You should be able to see at least parts of the fort from the eastern side; collect everything relevant that you are able to find. We have a number of clues what is kept there and why the whole surroundings up to Waverock are heavily guarded by Barateon's militia, but we are missing important details to make sense of this. The service you do to our land cannot be overestimated.
