The Beacon is a special device that has existed as long as The Cycle itself. It's a large machine that must be powered by three Black Stones in order to work. If activated while no Numinos is at its core, the Beacon initiates the Cleansing. Theoretically if activated with the essence of a High One, it banishes the High Ones once and for all, essentially ending The Cycle.
