Fogville, Harbor is a decrepit and derelict harbor, with a few boats either capsized or stranded on the shore. Apart from the boats, there is also a lonely and forlorn house mysteriously looming over the whole site. Long-forgotten and no longer in operation, the harbor is currently left in the hands of merciless Arps intent on attacking anyone daring enough to encroach upon this godforsaken territory.

The location is also one important for the completion of the The Dreary Field side quest.
