Walkthrough
With 15 Rhetoric the cost of ownership is:
- Nobles Quarter: 6712 Pennies
- Marketplace: 1200 Pennies
The price can be reduced further by improving Rhetoric. The quest will end as soon as you buy one of the houses.
Notes
- You can buy and own both houses at the same time, even after the quest has completed.
- Once inside your new home you can improve it using the notice board by the door. You can also rename your home to whatever you like. The Marketplace house costs 300 pennies to improve and that adds various items like an enchanter, alchemy table, etc.
