Detailed Walkthrough

You'll get this quest automatically after the end of Taming the Waves. Go to the Sun Temple and Firespark will tell you Grandmaster Tealor Arantheal wants to see you. He will give you a choice of three rewards: Learning Book (+2 LP), 150 Pennies, or a Treasure Map.

Talk to Arantheal in the Emporium and he will explain the situation to you: The death of the Light-Born at the hands of his son Narathzul Arantheal, Tealor's imprisonment, and, most importantly, The Cycle, The Cleansing, and Emissaries. He will then ask for your help. You can choose to delay the decision, but ultimately you'll agree to help The Order. To do so, however, you have to formally join The Order through a trial. This quest will end and Part of Something Momentous, Part II will begin.

At any rate, the solution to this problem has to wait: I should return to the Sun Temple to report Firespark first.
