Shards of the Past is a quest available in Enderal and one of the main quest following Part of Something Meaningful, Part III.
Summary
- Quest Giver: Grandmaster Arantheal
- Location: Ark City, Sun Temple, Sanctum.
Background
To learn more about the "Cleansing" and the Cycle, the Grandmaster wants hero to investigate two traces. Both are leading to the memory of the crumbled civilization which inhabited Vyn before the current civilisation - and which fell victim to the Cleansing.
Objectives
Step 1
- (Optional) Get the keeper's garb in the Temple's forge
The hero goes to the armory and gets The Keeper's garb from Halda Stronghand.
- Meet Tealor in the Emporium to discuss the next steps
When the hero meets with the Grandmaster, he explains that they still doesn't know much about the Cycle but this have to be changed. He puts in front of the hero two paths which both needs to be followed, priority decided by the hero.
Step 2
- Find the "memory of the dead person"
This refers to the quest The Word of the Dead.
Step 3
- Support the excavation in Old Dothûlgrad
Notes
- To be able to complete this quest, the player needs to complete 2 different sub-quests first.
