On Talents
I bought 10 memories, counting individual ranks and talents, in Infiltrator and 10 memories in Phasmalist, including talents with the Phasmalist prefix. This unlocked the associated affinity. Same with the Swashbuckler affinity and the Trickster tree. Does this mean talent ranks count now and the note is outdated? Or is it just my problem? No mods.
