Description
Julius Homes Dealer offers a house in the most attractive Erothin district - the Market Plaza. The house is only half new and its previous owner has recently vanished without a trace. The offer triggers the quest House in Erothin.
Walkthrough
Simply earn 10,000 gold pieces.
Reward
You are provided with a key to one a new House.
Successful completion of the quest leads to another quest (Traces) which is triggered after you visit your new residence.
