- It seems that there are several unoccupied houses in ark - perhaps it would be a good idea to buy one of them. There is no harm in having a refuge.
Walkthrough
With 15 Rhetoric the cost of ownership is:
- Nobles Quarter: 6712 Pennies
- Marketplace: 1200 Pennies
The price can be reduced further by improving Rhetoric. The quest will end as soon as you buy one of the houses.
Notes
- You can buy and own both houses at the same time, even after the quest has completed.
