Watchtower

The Watchtower is located outside of Ark's entrance to the Foreign Quarter, across the bridge from the gate. Despite being a strategically placed military building, the City Guards don't use it, so the building is usually empty.

Location

Heartlands

The tower is found among the farms outside Ark, and is both safe and unguarded.

Occupants

Jespar can be found on the bottom floor of the tower during the quest Every Day Like the Last, Part II.

Levels

Both levels are treated as outdoors by the game, in the Heartland location.

Level 1

• The bottom room of the Watchtower has a Novice chest and an owned bed, though no NPCs use it.

Level 2

• The top floor is accessible via a trapdoor and has a crate of Wine.
