It is found in a crate alongside a corpse and a crafting blueprint for Enderal:Qualian's_Mask, a unique piece of heavy armour, which uses the ancient mask as one of its ingredients.
It looks like a dragon priest's mask from vanilla Skyrim, has a weight of 5 and a value of 30 pennies.
