Residential Barracks are houses where the people from the Undercity live. Some of those building are locked with an Adept lock, whereas the others are unlocked and anyone can enter the structures. Inside the barracks there is an unowned bed where you can recover your strengths, or a fireplace (a hearth) over which you can cook some decent food.
