A Lost Wild Mage's Boat can be seen from a distance, when approaching the wooden bridge over the river while proceeding in the The Void main quest. Judging by the items, it is safe to presume that the boat belonged to a mage who just finished his last journey, as his skeletal body lies by the boat. If you, however, decide disrupt his eternal slumber and take his Old Robe, the owner of the Robe will appear and attack you.
