The Old Farm House is a dilapidated hut infested with rats, and also a good for beginners to exercise their crafting skills, as there's a Tanning Rack inside the house. The house has one level with a single room. All the items that you need to practise you skill and craft a Small Backpack are scattered around the hut, mostly lying on the bench.
