The Old Farm House is a dilapidated hut infested with rats. It's also a good place for beginners to exercise their crafting skills, as there's a Tanning Rack inside the house. All the items that you need to practise you skill and craft a Small Backpack are scattered around the hut, mostly lying on the bench. Moreover, there's a bed to sleep on and recover your strenghts.
