Three River Watch is a tower, easily visible from a distance.It is located on a way from Old Dam Lookout to Myrad Tower at the Sun Coast. Most probably you will come acoss the tower while pursuing the main quest.
Previously a trading post, currently abandoned and dilapidated due to "Isolation" policy. It's guarded by a creature called Vatyr, and inside you will find a few valuables. One of the rooms upstairs will affect you with Arcane Fever while you will be attacked by a poisonous spider. In the very same room there is a bed and some items to collect, namely Staff of Magelight and a spell.
