The Sea of Eventualities is the name given to the multiple parallel realities coexisting at once. These realities can be wildly different, or extremely similar with only a few minute differences. As explained by Jespar Dal'Varek, "For example, imagine a room exactly like this one, except Firespark's beard is on fire". Arcanists are the only humans able to see the Sea of Eventualities. It is unknown if the High Ones are part of this Sea. The Veiled Woman seems to able to not only be able see this Sea, but also conjure parts of it or move through it with extreme precision.
