The Old Granary is an apparantly abandoned storage building next to the Field near the Mill. It is occupied by several Fully-Grown Rats and part of the main quest.
Upon entering, you find two rooms: The door to the first one can be opened easily, while the other door is locked. Inside the room straight ahead you can find a note and the Key to the Oat Cellar on a table. With this key you can open the locked door of the room to the right, in which you'll find the remains of a corpse on the ground with a satchel next to it. The Note from the Corpse at the Farmers Coast can be found inside.
