Description
The strange place is a small crumbling shrine-like structure located in a seemingly-endless sea. Around the Shrine there are 5 stone obelisks, each corresponding to a certain skill tree. These obelisks are used to trade memory points for skills. Completing all trees requires 260 memory points, which is much more than can be gained in game without using console commands
The protagonist first reaches the Shrine while being recreated as the Prophet after being killed by Captain Rocio. They can subsequently go there at any moment through meditation, which consumes in-game time at normal rate. Although the Shrine is obviously linked with the protagonist becoming the Prophet, it's unclear whether other Emissaries have any similar way to process their newly-gained abilities.

Notes
- The sea where the Shrine is located might be the actual Sea of Eventualities.
