- An item, which refers to one of Enderal's composers, Marvin Kopp: Koppophon.
The Nighthawks
- A group of minstrels playing in the Dancing Nomad at a later point in the story. Their names refer to some of the members of SureAI. Most of the names are a blend between their real names and their internet nicknames.

- Gabor Gaboff is obviously the same Gabor Gaboff the player could meet in Nehrim. He speaks with the same “russian” accent and considers himself as an artist — a Painter of the black powder.
- Narathzul Arantheal was the main character in Enderal's prequel. In Enderal, he is barely mentioned as the son of the Grandmaster.
- Tealor Arantheal also appears in Nehrim; in Enderal, he becomes Grandmaster Tealor Arantheal.
- In Nehrim, Irlanda was one of the Light-borns, who ruled over the continent of Nehrim. She was also romantically involved with Tealor Arantheal. The people of Enderal still worship her as Light-Born Irlanda.
- Malphas was killed in Nehrim. The people of Enderal still worship him as Malphas.
