Journal Entries

Initial
After my strange dream - if you can call it that - I awoke in the Curatorium, the Temple's lazaret. I should look for Calia and Dunwar, the other two examinees.
After speaking to Calia
I survived the trial. All Calia and I have to do now is to take the holy oath which is promoting us to Keepers of the first Signet. I should talk to Tealor Arantheal in the Emporium.
After joining the ranks
Even if my consecration divides the minds of the Keepers - I am now officially part of the Holy Order. Grandmaster Tealor Arantheal wants to speak with me in the Emporium to decide on further actions. Also I have to get my Keeper garb in the temple's forge.

Walkthrough

Calia, waiting for The Prophet to wake up.

Prepare Yourself (Optional)

This is available if you choose to let Calia show you around before completing Part of Something Momentous, Part II. Take your equipment from the chest at the foot of the bed, and Calia will tell you to follow. She will give a brief explanation about the surrounding buildings, then remind you to speak with Tealor Arantheal.

Talk to Tealor Arantheal

You'll find the Grandmaster on the second floor of the Emporium, where Constantine Firespark is trying to convince him to let Jespar Dal'Varek stay and help in the fight against The Cycle. Arantheal will tell you that he had a disturbing dream last night in which a voice talked through some of his friends, mocking him and warning him that the struggle against The Cycle is pointless. This dream is very similar to the one you saw in the Curarium before talking to the Grandmaster. When asked what or who may be that voice, Arantheal answers that, whatever it may be, it must be related to The Cycle.

Further discussion leads Arantheal to explain that his role in this is to lead mankind in its battle against the Cleansing and the hero needs to learn how to read these visions, the Echo of the Future, to gain the knowledge on how to stop it. He will then define himself and The Prophet as Emissaries, hinting that there may be more people like you. According to the Pyreans, the Cycle continued for eons and none of the previous civilizations were successful against it. The Cycle is known as a natural part of the existence.

At the end of the conversation, Grandmaster will ask you to wait until the ceremony is ready. Once outside, you'll receive a letter that begins Every Day Like the Last, Part II.

The Ceremony

The Grandmaster needs one day to prepare the Ceremony. The fastest way to proceed with the quest is to find a bed (for example in the nearby inn) and sleep for 24 hours. After one day has passed, return to the Sun Temple and a message informing you about the Ceremony will be delivered. Join Grandmaster Arantheal and Calia Sakaresh at the Sanctum of the Sun Temple to take your vows and join the Order. Congratulations, you are now a Keeper of the first Signet at The Holy Order!

Talk to Grandmaster Arantheal after the cerenomy to learn more about the ranks within the Holy Order. At the end of the conversation Arantheal will suggest you to go to the Armory to get a set of keeper armor. This quest ends, and Fragments of the Past begins.
