- Sirius: Stabbed in the chest by Captain Rocio for travelling in their ship illegally.
- Main Protagonist: Hit once and drowned in the Red Sea
- Carbos: Hit by an arrow by bandits
- Finn: Hit by an exploding arrow by the same bandits who killed Carbos
- Dunwar: Couldn't wake up after taking the final test of the Trial.
- Brother Galjus: Killed by a wild mage in a mine near Northwind

Avoidable Deaths
- Sevf: Burnt alive. The Prophet Has the option to save him though.
- A Keeper: Possessed and attacked to the Prophet and he/she had to kill him in Emporium. However it can be prevented if The Prophet gets out of the Emporium fast enough.
- Pahtira: Either dies because of the Cleansing or the explosion. However the Prophet can presumably save her by completing Apotheosis, Part II and thus making her stuck in the Horst.
- All People in Qyra, Kilé and Arazeal: Died because of the Cleansing. They can be saved if the Prophet choose to sacrifice themself.
- The Prophet: Sacrificed themself to buy people in other continents time. They can be saved if they choose to escape to the Star City.
